The 74HC245D is an octal bus transceiver with 3 state outputs in a 20-pin SOIC package. This high-speed Si-gate CMOS device is pin-compatible with low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC245D octal transceiver features non-inverting 3-state bus-compatible outputs in both send and receive directions. It also features an output that enables input for easy cascading, send/receive input (DIR) for direction control, and control buses are effectively isolated
