The MC34063ADG is an adjustable output buck/boost/inverting switching regulator in 8 8-pin SOIC package. It consists of an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit circuit, driver, and high current output switch. The MC34063ADG is specifically designed to operate in step-down (buck), step-up (boost), and voltage inverting applications with a minimum number of external components.
